Sat Siri Kaur (Beth Kiley Kinder) serves her clients with multiple modalities to facilitate optimum health and well-being on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

The healing modality of yoga became apparent to her in 1970 when, as part of her collegiate undergraduate curriculum, she personally experienced the profound transformative power of yoga. Hatha Yoga and Vipassana Meditation formed the basis of her practice throughout her career in book publishing and until her introduction to Kundalini Yoga in 1997.
Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan inspired her to become a teacher and Guru Dev Singh Khalsa, the Living Master of Sat Nam Rasayan®, inspired her to become Sat Nam Rasayan® healer.  In 2007 Sat Siri Kaur founded Mount Hope Yoga & Health (Mount Hope Community Yoga) to formalize her teaching and healing practice.
In 2013 Sat Siri began studying with Dr. Linda Lancaster, founder of Light Harmonics Institute, learning to use and integrate in a very systematic way various forms of Energy Medicine.
In addition to being a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor and Sat Nam Rasayan® practitioner and student instructor, Sat Siri is a certified Amrit Method® Yoga Nidra Facilitator, an Usui Reiki Master, and a beekeeper.
Sat Siri offers consultations and ongoing care both in person and via remote treatments.

Kundalini Yoga

Known as the yoga of awareness Kundalini Yoga and Meditation is a comprehensive body-mind-spirit practice for deep healing and stress relief. It keeps your nervous system strong, your immune system functioning optimally, vital glands and your mind clear. In 1969 Yogi Bhajan came to the United States for the first time and began openly teaching Kundalini Yoga.

“Yoga has never been truly described for what it is. It is an art and a science with which you can leap over the pitfalls of life. It is a science, and knowledge, and art, where mind and body can work in union and spirit will back it up. “ – Yogi Bhajan

Sat Nam Rasayan

Sat Nam Rasayan in Sanskrit means’ “deep relaxation in the Divine Name” or “rise to oneself to the essence of True identity”. Sat Nam Rasayan is a traditional way of healing based on self consciousness alone. The origins of this ancient technique have been transmitted for centuries in silence from master to disciple.

Each of us has the vitality that we need to live a healthy and happy life. Vitality arises from the fact that the body, mind and soul to work well together. The time in which we live is often hectic, stressful and exhausting, so it is sometimes difficult for us to stay balanced. Kundalini Yoga and Sat Nam Rasayan are almost inseparable in the teachings of Yogi Bhajan.

Polarity Healing

In the healing arts, Polarity Therapy is special in its comprehensive exploration of the different dimensions of the human condition (physical, mental and emotional). Polarity Therapy seeks to bridge the full spectrum of body, mind and spirit: the body is designed by nature to heal itself.

Energy fields and currents exist everywhere in nature. Polarity Therapy asserts that the flow and balance of energy in the human body is the foundation of good health. When energy is unbalanced, blocked or fixed due to stress or other factors, pain and disease arise.
